To celebrate 40 years since the first Heron Island homes were built we held a Ruby Anniversary party on the Spit
Glorious sunshine, good food, a few drinks and even a Heron Island-themed bingo\quiz mashup from Don & Peter!
We celebrated the 3 families that have lived here since the beginning too.
All organised by our wonderful Social committee members Korinna, Marie and Darran. Thank you to everyone who helped inflating oh so many balloons, decorating and cleaning up, and it was lovely to see so many people come along.

I moved to UK from Poland and I used to walk through the park from Queens Road, and admire the beautiful homes. I never imagined I’d one day own a home here
